Are unseen beliefs shaping your relationships and limiting your life?

We all carry invisible stories—deep-rooted beliefs about ourselves, others, and what’s possible. Often, these stories keep us from the connection and fulfillment we crave. We chase dreams, hit invisible walls, and slowly give up, retreating from what we truly desire.

Breaking Through Beliefs That Bind is a transformative applied arts workshop where you will:

• Explore how your point-of-view has shaped your relationships
• Identify limiting beliefs that no longer serve you
• Create new, empowering beliefs to replace them
• Use hands-on artmaking to express and anchor your transformation
