Artists may submit up to one (1) piece, 36” and under in width, or 3-D work per entry. Artists may submit up to two entries (so a total of up to 2 pieces of artwork and up to 2 entry fees).
If prints and/or cards from the original are available for sale bring them to intake
with your name and price on the back of each piece.
When you bring your work to the gallery for the intake there will be a contract for you to sign with all your data on it. There will also be a gallery tag for your piece(s).
When you complete this submission form you will receive an email for reviewing your submission. If you need to make changes use the [ EDIT RESPONSE ] link in the email.
Artists will drop off work at the New Zone Gallery, 110 E. 11th on Saturday, September 27, 2025, 12-5:30pm. The contract(s) will be ready to sign for each piece at intake, and payment of $15 for each piece/entry can be conveniently paid online, or at intake with cash, check or credit card.
