"I have been involved in art for most of my life. As an artist, I observe the world with a different perspective. I like revealing that perspective in my acrylic paintings.

I was a gallery owner in the mid west for six years before moving to Eugene. I sold many original paintings, prints, and paintings on tiles. I started a greeting card business and brought it to Eugene. It's been going for fifteen years. I sell them in health food stores  and at the New Zone gallery.

My award winning paintings adorn the walls of homes in Colorado, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon and Canada.

Observing flowers and birds in Eugene, seascapes at the coast and landscapes in the mountains keep me busy being creative.

Painting is so blissful for me and opens my heart. My creative process is spontaneous and fluid. My favorite technique is to improv while painting. There is magic right around the corner. It is good not knowing the answer until I call it finished. I love surprises!

Using acrylics and sometimes watercolors with lots of water helps to keep it improvisational. In this way I never get bored.

My goal is to fill my paintings with vibrant color, light, love and inner tranquility. It is my hope that you, the viewer, will be uplifted and filled with smiles when viewing my art."
