I am a Latina artist living in Eugene OR. My art has always been inspired by my surroundings, as well as my mental/emotional state of mind. Most of the time my drawings are fluid and my imagination takes over the piece of paper. I am always surprised when I get to see the final product. I like to integrate the use of repeating patterns and  incorporate detail in my work. I use a variety of different mediums, but am most comfortable with my favorite pen, size 0.3mm. I make art for my own amusement, but I always appreciate seeing people's expressions when they study my pieces. I get to see a variety of different human reactions. Faces that resembles subtle disgust, confusion, or maybe both. Sometimes I see faces of pure delight, which is always a pleasure. As a new artist I am still exploring and figuring out how to portray my thoughts through my work. I continue to learn more about my own style each day, while discovering different techniques along the way.

I had never been a real painter, but canvas and paint started calling me and my journey into acrylic painting then coincided with writing my book “Wiser and Wilder.” It started with doing doodle drawings to illustrate my messages, and then I decided to do a painting for the cover. 

I love painting and the magic that brings each image to life on the canvas. 

Crone Medicine Art is soul wisdom that comes from spirit and is all about empowering women to take their staff, no matter what age they are, and put their stake in the ground, stand for what they believe in, what they are meant to BE in the world and to bring forth their wisdom that the world needs now.

My painting, book writing, private mentoring of women visionary entrepreneurs, and leading workshops and retreats are all part of my same deeper purpose and they overlap in my life.
