"My name is Sean Cline and I am a recent graduate from the U of O with a Bachelors in Fine Art with my focus in painting. Most my life I have at least been drawing with the last 7 years focusing more on painting. Although I also have been working on combining sculpture with painting in my more recent works. My love for art began with character design and an interest in animation. I like to think that if you have the right design on your character you don’t really need to say anything about the inhabitants of the work as they have their own story to tell and the themes within the piece unfolds organically. On the other hand I have a split with the abstract and the exploration of texture and material. Living in Oregon most of my life has nurtured my appreciation for nature. This in turn for organic pieces and material that mimics that natural formation such as flow acrylics and expanding foam." ~ Sean Cline Email:
